Delivery Timeline: From Order to Arrival

Your order’s journey is broken down into two clear stages.

Total Estimated Arrival = Order Processing Time + Domestic Transit Time

  • 1. Order Processing (2-4 Business Days): After your order is placed, we require 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday) to confirm the details and coordinate with our US-based distribution partners. Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

  • 2. Domestic Transit (5-7 Business Days): Once your order is ready for shipment from our partner’s US warehouse, it will be delivered by our trusted carrier, USPS, in an estimated 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • 3. Total Estimated Arrival Time: 7-11 Business Days You can expect to receive your order within a total of 7 to 11 business days.

Shipping Costs & Carrier

  • Rate Structure:

    • A standard shipping fee of $7.99 applies to orders under $199.

    • We offer free shipping on all orders of $199 or more.

  • Our Exclusive Carrier: To ensure reliable delivery across the country, we exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipments.

Tracking and Order Management

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Taxes & Other Matters

  • Sales Tax: As required by US law, sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address. The final tax amount will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

  • Handling Charges: We do not charge any additional handling fees. As all items ship from within the US, there are no customs fees.

Post-Delivery Support
